Oliver is a Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka. (See link to breed below) He is 3 years old and is 6.5 lbs. Hypoallergenic, low-shedding. He is neutered, wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, and had his teeth cleaned. Approved application does apply.
