Mona is an 11 week old Terrier/Boxer mix. She and her 6 siblings were found in a dumpster where they were thought to be for at least 2 days. She was the runt and very sick. Mona spent three weeks at the vet being treated for dehydration, malnutrition, and getting her red blood count back up to normal. Her PCV was only 7 when she was first found and she weighed 3 lbs. Now her count is over 30 and she weighs 8 lbs. She is gaining about a pound a week. This little girl is feisty and full of life. She loves to play and likes dogs and cats. We wouldn't have little children around her because her puppy teeth are very sharp and she is being taught not to "mouth" hands when playing. We think she'd be fine with kids over 10.
