Sheba is a 5 yr old puppy mill rescue. She was used to have puppies for profit. She is now in a foster home being loved and keeping warm. Sheba is spayed, wormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, tested heartworm negative, and had her teeth cleaned. Approved application does apply.
