Jessie is a 4 yr old Shih Tzu.  She loves to lay near you and thumps her tail all the time.  She is such a sweetheart.  Jessie was rescued from a puppy mill.  She was quite filthy and matted.  She cleaned up really well.  Beautiful.  Jessie will be spayed, wormed, micro chipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, heartworm tested, teeth cleaned, and vet exam.  This little girl is just waiting for you to give her a forever home.  Approved application does apply.
