Micah came to us from a backyard breeder.  He was extremely head-shy and scared.  We could tell someone had abused him.  He was a mess of dreadlocks and dirt.  We were surprised how handsome he was after he was bathed and groomed.  Micah is 1 1/2 years old.  He weighs 6.5 lbs.  He is working on housetraining.  He takes food out of our hands now and likes following us around the house.  Micah likes other dogs, but would adore having a female dog in the house.  He seems to bond to them for comfort.  He doesn't mind cats.  Micah is neutered, wormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, and is heartworm negative.  He will need a home with lots of patience and love while he learns that people can be trusted.  Give this baby a chance and watch him blossom into a confidant little guy.  Approved application does apply.  We are not a shelter, but a group of foster homes.
