ESTHER is a 5 year old Shih Tzu. She is sweet and gets along with other dogs. She was used for breeding puppies in a puppy mill. Esther is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, heartworm negative, and had her teeth cleaned. Approved application does apply.
