Tibbs is a sweet, personable dog. He gets along with his other foster dogs and likes people. He weighs 21 lbs. He is not house trained yet. Tibbs is 2 years old. Tibbs was neutered, dewormed, microchipped, given rabies, distemper,and kennel cough vaccines, teeth cleaned, tested heartworm negative, and had his exam.
