Niles is a 2 yr old Shih Tzu. He came to us from a puppy mill. He is neutered, wormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, tested heartworm negative, and had his teeth cleaned. Approved application does apply. Contact theydeservebetter@hotmail.com
