Scarlett is a 4 yr old female ruby Cavalier. She is so beautiful, sweet, people friendly, likes other dogs, doesn't mind the outside cat. Scarlett has a Grade 4 heart murmur and is on meds for an enlarged heart. She is spayed, wormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, heartworm tested negative, teeth cleaned, and vet exam. Special adoption fee with approved application does apply.
