Joe Joe is a 4 yr old Shih Tzu.  He is a sweet boy and learning the ropes at his new foster home.  He was given up to a vet by a breeder who wanted him euthanized.  The vet reached out to rescue to help him find a home.  Joe Joe is neutered, wormed, microchipped, UTD on vaccines, teeth cleaned (lost a lot), tested heartworm negative, and vet exam.  He has a severe infection in both ears.  We don't know if he'll be able to hear after treatment.  Joe Joe is ready for the loving home we know is waiting for him.  Approved application does apply.
