Juli is a 5 yr old Shih Tzu.  She is a sweet girl and learning the ropes at her new foster home.  She and Joe Joe were given up to a vet by a breeder who wanted them euthanized.  The vet reached out to rescue to help them find a home.  Juli is spayed, wormed, microchipped, UTD on vaccines, teeth cleaned (lost some), tested heartworm negative, and vet exam.  Her feet were so swollen from walking on chicken wire that the pads broke open when she was on solid ground.  This is being treated and will take time to heal.  Juli needs some leash work.  She doesn't like being tied to it, but she is an escape artist.  She must have a fenced yard.  Juli is ready for the loving home we know is waiting for her.  Approved application does apply.
