Phoebe is a sweet, timid little girl.  She was so terrified of everything when she came into the rescue 4 months ago.  She has blossomed in her foster home and loved their Pom.  Phoebe is still timid in new situations, but is outgoing at home with familiar people and routine.  She will make someone a wonderful companion.  Phoebe is spayed, wormed, microchipped, tested heartworm negative, UTD on rabies, parvo/distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, and teeth cleaned.  Approved application does apply.
