Rolo is around 5 years old, he as many lived a life of neglect.  As puppymills still continue to be allowed to run these horrible businesses the ones whom have used in inhumane conditions are tossed away like garbage.  When we take them in they need so much care and compassion.  We give them a life of clean bedding, grooming, good food and do all their vetting before adoption
